East Guitars provides a seven (7) year limited warranty from date of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and construction, extends only to the original owner and cannot be transferred. East Guitars will repair, or at its sole discretion, replace any defective parts of the instrument subject to the exclusions and limitations stated below. 

The East Guitars limited warranty constitutes the entire warranty on any East Guitars instrument. No warranty granted by third party dealership or representative shall be binding upon East Guitars other than that stated herein. 

Limitations of the East Guitars limited warranty include the instrument case, tuning machines, and electronics installed at time of purchase, to which the warranty covers defects in these items for one (1) year from date of purchase, to be repaired, or replaced at the discretion of East Guitars. The East Guitars limited warranty does not cover wear & tear or any damage as the result of misuse, abuse, unauthorised modifications or repairs, accidents, improper maintenance, exposure to adverse temperature & humidity, or other careless action.
